TechZilla was mistakingly called by my employer, thinking she was reaching Apple Care. They did not tell her they were not Apple, but rather sold her $200 in products that she did not need, including antivirus protection for a MAC We have filed a dispute with the credit card company. When the company was called to discuss, we were told that there was a rebate form but that the money would not be refunded as it had been "authorized" When I suggested they needed to refund the money, they hung up.
