Mr. John Cooper (my personal agent) called me because of green card lottery today. We had a very long talk which was for the non-native speaker very exhausting and vague. During the speech of your agent he demanded private data of my visa card (card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code). However, from our discussion it was not clear that I have to pay 208 € FOR MY REGISTRATION, furthermore without any other confirmation. After this conversation I was surprised to be charged immediatelly (again without obvious confirmation from my side). I am not aware of any agreement with this transaction and I found your action as highly unprofessional. With respect of these happenings I want to cancel my application in the U.S. programme of green card lottery and I want my money back.

 • As far as I know, Green Card Application is open for all. Application to this program is open for all individuals worldwide that's why no need to worry about the ethnicity but the process of application is not just easy that it may cost of your cash advances. Have you ever tried to inquire to Green Card Lottery in your place? Try to ask them for your assessment. :)

 • Just call your credit company and tell them that usagc is a scam and you don't wish to pay anything to them. You can cancel a deal that was made in the internet up to 6 month after the deal was made. Good Luck!
