On January 18, 2013, I paid $40.95 US to get a 1-year subscription of J-14 for my niece. I have a confirmation order # yhst-37096783696310-427498. Today, August 22, 2013, I called J-14 directly at 1-800-215-7275 and they informed me that they had NOTHING under my name or my niece's name. They also mentioned that they NEVER heard of "the new magazine city". I told J-14 that they should look into this, however, I got the impression that they didn't care at all. The girl said that she would mention it but I doubt that she will. I tried emailing the new magazine city and they emailed me back with a "no-reply to this email" email. They asked what can we do to make this better ~ I told him to send the subscription before my niece is no longer a teenager!!! I did keep the emails if you want them... I also kept a copy of the order confirmation. Can you help me get my money back? It's not a huge amount but I hate being played for a fool. I really thought that I was doing something nice for my niece. It turned out to be very upsetting and frustration.
