I ordered a dress for my wedding from TB Dress. They debited my account and said it would be 3 weeks shipping. I never received the merchandise. I contacted TB Dress and they always got right back to me about how they were "still designing my gown" after a month and a half I knew they were just telling me what I wanted to hear and were never actually planning on sending me what I ordered. I filed a dispute with my bank thank goodness for debit card consumer regulations.
