I had taken a membership out on one of there dating sites14/06/2013 paid £25 for one month membership with the option to cancel 72 hours before renewal date 14/7/2013, everything was fine until I got my bank statement on 27/8/2013 saying this company had taken another £90 out of my account, I went back on the site to get the contact number and phoned the I wanted my money returned and they had taken the £90 without my permission , I did want the membership that I paid £25 and everything was ok till the went and deducted another £90 I phoned them and operator told me I or someone had taken the membership out I tried to explain no one has access to my iPad as I live alone so she then told me I will not get a refund and I will have to go to the police to report that someone had taken the membership out using my detail, which I told her that was not possible and she then told me I was not listening to what she was saying and cut me off, I was not abusive her manner was something else(great customer service) I have been in contact with my bank and they are trying to get some answers from this company, personally they are just trying to hoodwink me and other people I have a bank statement that tells me when I took the membership out on 14/6/2013 and when they did the same on 23/6/2013 I was a member of one of there other dating sites on 1/5/ 2013 but canceled that before the renewal date and I can't understand why , I had been a member with this company off and on for a couple of years only for them to go and do this so mush for customer service, hope you can help.
