Signed up for what I thought was a free 14 day trial. Got my bottle in the mail yesterday and thought it was weird that it was a 60 pill bottle. Called today to cancel my trial period before I forget and since I have seen so many complaints of them charging you within the trial period. The lady of the phone says they will cancel my membership, but I have to return the bottle.. When I asked her why, she says because it is a 30 day bottle and you ordered a 14 day trial, but you can keep it if you want to pay 50% off the price. When I questioned her about why they would send out a 30 day bottle instead of 14 days, she had no answers except thats how it works. Luckily I didnt open my bottle so i will be returning the whole thing. Its also so hard to understand the customer service lady because not only is there a language barrier, but there is so much background noise where ever she is that I can barely hear or understand her. It was a bit of a frustrating call. Luckily I called when I did so that I can return an unopened bottle. I guess they bank on you waiting to cancel it, because she actually suggested that I try the product before canceling!! Only to then get stuck with the whole bill!! I will know for next time not to get sucked into this type of thing.
