This company claim to be a support site for Dell. I gave them the details of my problem and they connected remotely. They copied several programs to my PC which Webroot has since identified as viruses and they have sent me a bill to pay. They have called dozens of times threatening to take action against me but there is nothing I can do against them.
Avoid this company at all costs!
