i bought an samsung S4 $270 to the seller GEMMA JOFFROY,she says that she pound the cargo force company to send the item to me.

I have found a company called Cargo Force that will deliver the phone to you in the US and allow you to check the phone before I receive the payment. You will be in control of your money and I will be in control of my phone.
I will use 5 day delivery and I will take care of the shipping fee.
Please have a look at their procedure and we will go from there.

then i follwed the instruction from cargo force company.
i send money thru WESTERN UNION $270 + fee charge $30,total of $300. i address the money whos cargoforce agent's name LAURENT BASLER, BOLTON UNITED KINGDOM..they say that i will receive the item on august 19 2013,delivery by FEDEX..but until now i dont have any information from her,

- I had the same exact issue. Only the seller's name was Elle Buford. It looks as though the main culprit is whoever is receiving payments under the name LAURENT BASLER. I found the same name in many other complaints as receiving payments in Bolton, UK. When I dealt with them, the company name used was CollectPlus. I'm sure they change the name from time to time, but the game is the same.
