I ordered cell phones from this company. The company seemed legit. This company was on http://www.alibaba.com/ and were a "gold star" company on this site. However, when I went to do a complaint on alibaba the company wasn't there. Once Monica from Shen zhen Fortuna Technology Co., Ltd received my money, she said Yes, "I sent your package to Chinese custom, and they checked your package and detained your package. They told us about this model of phone, there is a new policy about limiting the quantity of export (at least 1500 USD), we have tried to consult with Chinese customs, but we have failed, we can not change the rules of Chinese customs.So, there is a only way to deal with it ,it is that if you can order 734 USD more ,your goods can go through the customs, and we also can insure to send goods to you within 24 hours.
