I completed an online survey and was told I qualified for a free gift. Of several choices listed, I chose Auravie skin cream. After completing my name and addreaa, I had to enter my credit card for shipping charges only, which was supposed to be $2.50. I received the skin cream. No where in the online info or in the materials sent to me did it say that I was enrolled in a monthly club in which I had to send the unused product back within 10 days for I would be charged the full $97.88. Then I received more product the next month and was charged additional fees. The total charged to my credit card was $400. After spending hours on the phone they agreed to credit me back some of the money, but I still was out $145.88 and have to pay shipping fees to return the product. Also, mysteriously some other skin charges from California appeared on my card at the same time. I am still trying to figure out what this is for, as Auravie was the only skin product that I ordered. I smell a rat.
