Mullin Tech gave me an estimate on a water heater replacement . The heater was leaking at the time. I was told he could not replace the tank until the following Tues. and the water had to be turned off at the main in my condo complex where I live. He said corrosion at the cutoff on the tank would not shut down completely. On Sunday 8/18 the tank ruptured and I had to pay $145 for emergency repair. A new cutoff was replaced and tank drained . I was advised that the tech had a bigger job and left me with a leaking tank until it ruptured.
The tech who came on the emergency said he would speak to his manager at Mullin about my situation. The manager insists that he hires only the best plumbers? I would not let another Mullin Plumber do any work for me.
