I reserved two tickets Tokyo-Los Angeles! Upon receiving "bestcheapflights" first email detailing their instruction for payment, I asked them for a proof/copy of the eTicket, before payment, as indicated in their web page? They said they stopped doing this because some customers never paid for their reservations! which caused them lots of loses! I made a bank transfer to "Ivo Priednieks Trip" WatWest Bank/Code(NWBKGB2L)Account number:GB46NWBK01093159319887 in London/ UK.I confirmed my transfer online.Instantly,I received automated reply, and my itineraries turned form "unpaid" into "verifying"! When I emailed them I received a personal"not automated"reply promising to email me my tickets after processing my payment. Since then, I sent several emails, but I could not got no reply. I only received automated email/s following my online confirmation/s! I called their London/UK phone and left messages, because I got only their answering machine!
