I was playing hearts and a message notification came at the bottom of the phone screen. I was thinking it was someone trying to talk so I clinked to it. What it was was a notification saying that if I took the survey that I would get a choice of a reward. I take the survey then a message come that my account balance was below $5.00. Before taking this survey I had $12.00 +. Then aanother message comes saying that $9.99 was the charge for something that wasn't put up front that it had anything to do with what had just happened. So I was charged for getting a pin number needed to complete the survey. It wasn't explained that way. I want my money back. It was trick way of getting money from me.
