While searching around for a Kindle, I came across a line that said Free starting bids, 1 cent bids, Kindles auctions for as little as $23.64, so I clicked. I took me to another site for me to register, which also said Free! So, I did so, filling out the information, when I got to the credit card information part I called to customer service number. I explained I was registering and I asked why my card # was required since it said Free. The lady on the phone said it was to pay future auctions. Stupidly, I accepted that answer, and proceeded to enter my card information. Once completed I checked out the site and started using some bids. Later that day I noticed that $99 was charged to my credit card. I called Bidrack immediately, this lady said I choose that bid package and they do not give refunds. Even after I explained that one of her co-workers told me the card # was only put on file for future billing, the newest lady on the phone said "How do I know that? But still No refunds." But she sure was quick to give me free bids for my trouble. I don't want more bids...bids won't buy diapers! And moreover, I don't want their products...besides the few electronics I have not seen even ONE name brand product....which is another falsity associated with Bidrack and their advertising.

  • ASHLEY, PLEASE READ MY LATEST REPORT TO SEE HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK, ALTHO I ADMIT NO ONE ELSE SAYS THEY GOT THEIR MONEY BACK. OF COURSE YOU'LL SEE MY CREDIT UNION HELPED ME NOT "BIDRACKETT". I JUST SIGNED A FORM SAYING I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE. GOT MY MONEY IN 3 DAYS, NEW VISA # IN 6 DAYS AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM BIDRACK. MY BBB, POLICE, AND BANK ALL HAD HEARD OF THEM. CU TOLD ME THEY (BIDRACK) WOULD JUST RECHARGE ME AND MAYBE MORE SO I CONSIDERED LEAVING A -0- BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT FOR AWHILE BUT THEN WE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE CARD # BIDRACK HAD. COST ME NOTHING BUT A QUICK TRIP TO THE CU TO SIGN THE FORM. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!!

  • I have also done the same with my bank...however, it's under investigation. In the meantime the BBB sent my complaint to Bidrack and, would you look at that, the next day I had a letter stating I would get a full refund, and all my bids (yippee!!!). I will not close the investigation with my bank until I actually see the refund...Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me! Not this time Bidrack!
Oh, and I still haven't received my 'winnings' but just today I was emailed an order confirmation...Really...it was won and paid for on June 27! Whatever could have happened!?!?!

  • I have also sent Bidack an email about the merchandise I never received that I 'won' on June 25th (I was mistaken earlier) and they claim I'll be receiving a refund in 7-10 days because there is a problem in the warehouse...The items I 'won' were listed on the live auctions multiple times, and still are...I've checked up on them! Its such a joke! But I do now have it in writting that they are refunding my money! I'm a single mother with little money to throw around. If I do not see a refund on my account soon, there will be another message sent to the BBB! And my bank, and anyone else who will listen!!!
