The telephone number which arrives with the parcel has a telephone number in the uk to contact about billing and cancellations. This number does not work it does not exist. I had to use the number which is for USA clients. The number is 0800 909 8013. I have managed to contact them and cancel the orders of future delivies. Be careful they dispatch parcels every 2 weeks not monthly therefore when you cancel there will always be a delivery that has been dispatched and you will have been billed for that..You then have to contact them for a returns number and send the parcel back before they will reimburse you.
The number that does not work is 0880 014 01849 when they were questioned about it not exsisting the said oh its being disconected in the UK. SO BEWARE.
