US Doc Assist

I contacted by a guy named Chris Luck. He told me he was working for a US Doc Assist and I could work at home. He explained that I had to get the name of a little mom and pop store, then get on web page that US DOC Assist set up for me. Then all I had to do was enter in the name of the little store, the phone number and possibly the name of the owners. I paid $319 to sign up with US Doc Assist. I entered 69 little business. Chris Luck explained that after I entered the business's US Doc Assist would call them and try to get them to buy their products, then I would make 1% of the amount of money that was spent at this little store that was paid with a credit card. A year later I have not received anything. I have called numerous times and received no answer. I have sent four letters. The first three I sent to 3507 North Central Ave, ste 403, Pheonix Az 85012, I received these letters back from the post office saying this address is not here. The fourth time I call and finally got incontact with someone who was supposed to transfer me to the refund department which I waited forever on the phone, then the customer service woman that answered the phone the first time told me to send the fourth letter to 8125 North 23 Ave, Phoenic Az, 85201. Which I received the letter back saying that this address is not there. The phone call I actually go in contact with US Doc Assist was placed on August 5 at 1:43 p.m. The told me they would call me back in 30 minutes and I never received a phone call back still to this day. It has been over a year since I invested $319 dollars with US Doc Assist and I have tried to contact them numerous times to get a refund and have been unable to.
