I also tried the $4.95 trial offer. I than called them to cancel, within the alloted time limit.Back in April of 2013. They did not honor my cancellation. and charged me $99.67. I told my bank, it was fraud, and they got my money back. Now, just today, I was charged $99.67 again by my bank, and they said I had to pay it, it was a signed contract. I never gave this company my checking account no.#, I use my debt card, and after the first charge had my debit card changed. I called the trysaphire com. again to day, and they told me I had to pay. They also told me, I did call to cancel in the alloted time. They just didn't do it. But instead said I went for some type of advance thing. Which I didn't. They make tapes of all tranactions. But, refused to re-play my tape back to me, on the day I cancelled. I also feel, my back, failed to protect me too. I just had heart surgery, 3 days ago. and will get out of my sick bed, and go to my bank, and get this resolved or close out my account at this bank. And call our local TV channel that helps people with problems like this and my bank will be included if they do not fix this problem and get my money back for me. I will let this site know the name of my bank, if they do not resolve this problem.
