I was denied reimbursement of the $199 refundable deposit because I do not have 5 "letters of denial" from prospective properties I had contacted for viewing. I never received a response from the owners of the properties I sent letters to. I was told when I tried to cancel my account all I would have to do is wait until 90 days had passed and I would get a refund. It has been 90+ days and they will not refund my money. This company is a scam.
