We subscribed to some magazines through this company in February of 2012. In February of 2013 we received a phone call saying that the company was purchased by another company and could we verify the information. We did. 4 months later we overdrafted on our checking account. It turns out that this company was taking 2 payments of 59.90 out of our account every month. When we called them about it they claimed that we signed up for another round of magazines. That is not true and we never received any magazines from any second service. They played a tape of my wife verifying our information. They claim this to be "proof" that we owe them 1198 for a second order. We disputed this and we were rudely told that we could not dispute it. We wrote them a certified letter that they never responded to. We agree to the first order from 2012. We do not agree to the second. We never would have because we could not afford to. We don't know what else to do. They refuse to respond to us in writing. We paid for months for a service we did not receive.
