Company told us we qualified for a Home Modification. They contacted our Lender Bank of America and was in the process of getting us a modification. We gave them a deposit of $2,000 and they were to cash two other checks we wrote for $1,100 on June 15th and July 15th. They cashed the check on June 15th and we were in contact withy them as they said the modification was procceding well. On July 15th they did not cash our check and we began trying to get them on the phone and could not reach them.
