I answered an advert online (via e-bay) for a free trial of facial serum. Only thing i had to pay to enable this was the post & packing at a cost of £4.95 paid through my visa bank card. Product arrived today along with their demands that if no future product is wanted you have to contact them by phone to cancel within the 30 day trial period. Failure to do this means more product will be sent out and you will be automatically billed for £94.99 plus £4.95 S&H. The number given (0-800-014-8149) is unobtainable making it impossible to meet cancellation requirements.
