This is a big scammer on internet she posted a project on freelancer.com and i completed as was required by her Bugrao.com , after that she just went off saying she will be back in 2 hours and then will pay me , i waited for her and she just fraud the entire project she steal the data from cpanel and change all passwords of the project when i asked her to pay me she abuse to me and blocked me on skype

i don't know what to do now as she is using my creation without paying me.
