When googling the USPS website for a change of address form, this website claimed to be the official website of the USPS. They say there's a $1 fee, and then there is a hold for $39.95 on my bank account. Later, looking at the very fine print on the bottom of the page, (much below their "continue" button, is the small mention of a higher price.) I am beyond mad.
