Purchased a Casio watch on this website on 3rd August 2013 and paid SGD$95.80. Website stated that items will be sent within 1-3 weeks after the campaign has ended. In addition to that, an email will be sent to me once the item has been sent out. But till now, no news from them. I tried contacting them through phone, emails and Facebook messages but none of them worked. I am not the only one as many other victims who are facing the same problem as me are posting comments on their Facebook wall, hoping for a reply from them. I've also read reviews on other blogs, they too also stated that they are experiencing the same problem. A police report will soon be made.

Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
