Contracted Neil to do contracting work, Neil came by 4 weeks prior to the start of the job. Wanted a deposit for Supplies & Labor, I told him we were 4 weeks from the start of the job. Neil stated he could purchase the supplies needed and get a jump start on the job. Gave Neil funds to purchase supplies it has been 3 months and no supplies no job every time I ask he has an excuse. Do not use this contractor he has dragged what work has been completed (Work completed I personally purchased supplies) for 6 weeks.. At the start of the job I asked how long the job would take I was told one week. He works maybe 4 hours at best once a week. Do not put yourself through this.
