I placed an order but didn't get any confirmation of the purchase.I have complained through email as that was the only way to contact them through the account.

They have charged me more than the amount shown at the checkout and also the non-sterling fee.They have charged me £ 81.33 instead of £ 75.96 which included the delivery fee.

It has been more than a week since I place the order but haven't received any information regarding the order.
