I responded to a FREE Trial at was to cost £1.99 postage there was no mention of any terms or conditions and when the Juveneu serum arrived no paperwork indicating that I would be charged and again no terms and conditions. I have contacted my credit card company who say that I can not cancel my card as if I have entered into a subscription I would be in breach of this. They are going to send my an investigation form to complete and mean time they assure me no more money will go onto my account, but I am very concerned.
