I found this site while searching to file an N-400 form. I have sent them several emails with questions about immigration and Green card questions but noreplies back. I have called several times and no answer. I tried to dispute with my credit card and they could not get an answer from them. They are a second party company who charges you to download these forms. Even the official www.uscis.gov tells you never pay to download these forms! I found out after the fact. I just want my money back and they will not answer me back.
Update: 09/02/2013
I was finally able to contact American Immigration Center after many tries. Also with the help of the BBB and was issued a credit for the $199 that they initially charged me.
