I ordered a tablet pc in March which never arrived. After contacting the company to inform them of this, they asked me to wait a few more days. The company states that it takes 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive, and it had been 2 weeks at this point. After a few more weeks of tracking the item and not being able to locate it, I asked them for a refund, to which their reply was they could only give me half of my money back. They then asked for another credit card number, to which I refused and told them to just forget the refund and send something else. I selected and item and qty which was less than my original payment, $46, and their reply was, I need to send more money because the refund didn't cover that amount. It is now August and I have been going back and forth with them almost daily to get something, and it has been one excuse after another as to why they can't send the items, and wanting more card info, or paypal account info.
