Went to website because of advert for a Canon 5D MkIII at a very low price, ordered it, was left a v-mail message to call, called back, was talked into a 6D because they were selling the Japanese version of the 5D. Nearly 3 weeks later the package arrived containing a Canon 60D, about a $1000 cheaper camera. Called, told they would overnight the 6D, sent 60D back insured/tracked. 4 days later called, was told they would not ship until other camera received. Their supplier rec'd camera on 8/2, and on 8/6 called to ask where camera was, sent to v-mail, sent an e-mail asking same, no reply. Filed fraus charge w CC company for item not rec'd. Called again on 8/8, told I would receive on 9th, and they would send confirmation e-mail. Glad I did not hold my breath as e-mail was never sent. Scam

Called Aug 8 cust. serv. rep said camera in the mail due to arrive 9th, would send an e-mail 2 confirm. No email, no package on 9th

Just got off the phone w/cust serv (same guy) he gave me track# said it was usps, package was to arrive on this Fri, 16th. he said other rep must have made mistake (was supposed to be shipped overnight after receipt of 60D)

Track# did not appear to be usps as it started with "1Z", everyone knows this is UPS. Tried at both sites, fail. Called back, confirmed it was UPS, told him it failed, he said it will not work until 48 hrs before delivery.

I said never heard that, he said "company policy". Said he would send e-mail with confirm. # Again, not holding my breath.
