I purchased a trial pack of Green CoffeeMax which I just have to pay the shipping of $4.97.then after receiving their product, they've billed my credit card with $105.95. They said I failed to cancel my trial period.I said I want to return the product and have a FULL refund and she explained to me that even if I return it I will be paying for stocking fee so I won't get a full refund. I insisted on returning it as I am not using their product anyway and get my full refund so she refunded 49.99 back to my credit card. Still I want to have my full refund. This company is a total SCAM! Beware!

- This happened to me also, how did you get in touch with customer service? I can't find a phone number anywhere, just an address on the paper that shipped with the new bottle. Please help!
