I am from Kenya. Who's who of Professionals and Executives pressured me for membership but after I paid up US$700.00 they completely went quiet. Did not respond to my emails. After complaining, they sent me the membership documents which I refused to sign as I was already doubtful of their professionalism. I went ahead and asked for my refund, but they claimed that I should have claimed for a refund before expiry of 45 days from date of payment!
Prior to my payments, they had never talked about this 45 day condition and secondly had they responded to my emails, we would not have had the 45 day period they claim expired. I have been following up with a lady called Sandy Garcia in vain and I am very frustrated! I thought such scams only existed in third world countries
How can I get my money back?
