NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE, HOWEVER, AN ASIAN WOMAN CALLED ME WITHIN MINUTES OF MY AMAZON GIFT CARD AUTHORIZATION TO VERIFY I HAD MADE THIS PURCHASE.
