I am another unlucky person who has experienced the FREE trial samples and have now found unexpected charges in my bank account!.I paid the shipping charges of £1.99 x2 as ordered both products thinking this was the only cost involved. recently they have taken £84.71 x2 from my card so wondered what was going on?.I e-mailed them to say please refund this amount as i have not ordered any more products and authorized any payments. They replied saying they have cancelled my prescription for any future products/payments.I was not aware of a subscription.I called them today and they told me i was charged as the conditions were 14 days to cancel and return product if not happy then only shipping cost would have been charged. They said they have cancelled it now so no more payments will be taken in future, but will they try to?.They said you should have read terms and conditions.I have spoken to my bank to inform them of this scam company to stop any more payments coming out.Hoping everyone who has experienced similar problems will be able to get our money back!!.
