False advertisement. Website describe the item as original, but all orders were fake.
Asked for full refund and they said to pay the return shipping fee. However, no where in the return policy that said the buyer pays the return shipping fee.
Tried to contact but the number on their website never works. I sent a online message from their website and received a reply. I am currently in contact with a person name "Anna". But this person dont seem to understand english well and doesnt understand the situation. Still, fighting to get full refund without having to pay the return shipping fee

However, Im not going to return it because I have seen other comment that there is high chance that the package might not get there. In that case you will lose your package and they are not going to refund you at all. So instead, I asked them to at least give me partial refund of the total purchase.
