I purchased a weber grill from them and also sent an amazon gift card for payment.Item was to be delivered 8/2-8/3. They were responsive with e-mails at first then just quit responding. I also faxed them and did not get a response. I called Amazon and was told to file a police report, that they could not tell me who redeemed the gift card.
