I placed an order online and did not have the opportunity to check my shopping cart to review my purchase, the order was immediately processed and IT WAS DOUBLED. The total was $148.00 when it should have been half of that. I was furious and called customer service immediately to cancel the order but I was told that it could not be done because it had been processed already. This infuriated me even more and I told them that I did not want the product and I was going to return it as soon as it arrived. I returned it by writing 'RETURN TO SENDER' on the package without opening it. The order was placed on 6/5/2013 and by 8/5/2013 I had not seen the refund in my checking account. I emailed the company complaining about this and received an email telling me I had to contact customer service. I did just that, I was told that they would reimburse me the money minus $5.95 per bottle restocking fee. This has made me very angry and I expressed this to them. I was told that this was stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. I responded that I understood having to pay restocking fees for the original order that I placed, but not for the duplicate order that they created. I was told that there was nothing that they could do and all they could refund me was $118.00, they took (stole!) $30.00. After checking complaints online against this company, I found out that I am not the only one that they scammed. Help! I need all my money, I lost my job shortly after I placed this order. All the items that I have purchased online always allow me to review my shopping cart before the order is placed. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!! This company is stealing from people, if you add up all the complaints, they are millionares by now. Please help us all from scavangers like these.
