Mr. Terry Wonda told me that I had been approved for a loan, but would have to send a money order to a person in Ohio before the loan could be processed. Once I paid the initial amount, he stated that I had to pay more to pay a non-residental tax, which I did not do because this guy is nothing but a scam artist. He said I could get a refund of the orginial amount, and when I requested it, he told me that the original amount had already been used for the purpose of which it was intended for.
