Just thought i would let you know that i too had £69 taken from my account by these people so i went to their website and submitted a complaint and requested a cancellation form, they sent a link so i printed this off and sent it 1st class on 02/7/13. i received an email today saying the loan application has been cancelled and money refunded to my account. Just thought i'd share this info as i really didn't think i would get it back.
