I was offered a free trial of veloura cream for the cost of delivery o £3.49 and insurance of £0.99.On 16th June I received an email advising that the cream had been despatched. This has not been received. On 3rd July a further £74.95 was taken from my account and again no cream was received. On 2nd August a further £69.90 was taken and on 5th August a small jar of cream was received. Despite telephone request for an RMA I was unsuccessful. The total taken from my account to date is £149.33 which is approximately US$175.00. I have reported this to my bank who have passed the details to the their fraud department and I am awaiting developments. I would advise anyone who is offered a "free trial" to be be extremely cautious.
