ON 12-12-11 I recievd a phone call from the public yellow pages out of 405 Lexington Ave Crysler Building, New York they said that my company agreed to their services on 11-23-10. There are only two of us in the company so I know this service was not agreed upon. I asked for a recording of the conversation they only played a clip with the YES on it that was mine but they placed other questions in frount of the YES answer but they would not play the entire message. Because there was a recoring with my voice I paid it on 3-8-12 providing they provided me with a cancellation notice and a paid in full notice. Now in 12-12-12 I recieved another phone call from the Public Pages saying that I agreed to a service of thiers. It has a different logo but close to the same and a different address than the other one on 12-12-11 however both have the yellow pages walking fingers. They now say I owe $929.08. I have not paid it and they have sent it to thier collection services. I have told them that I will only pay it if they prove to me who they are and with a cancellation notice and a full recording of the conversation I had with thier representative, they should be able to provide that if I did agree (I did Not)to prove it. I am not sure what else to do. I am recording the converstations on the phone and keeping the e-mails. The Public Pages address is 609 SW 8th street, SUite 600, Bentonville, AR 72712 (866) 482-1344 this is the new one. Also the Public Yellow Pages when I paid it sent me a W-9 However it has Internet Solutions, LLC as the name that will show up on the tax return on it with the Public Yellow pages.
