I purchased a tv from them...same procedure, buy an amazon gift card. they responded originally, but then stopped. i called amazon saturday requesting who redeemed the card, for what, etc. they researched the card, and refunded my money. if i get the tv, i'll pay the company direct. they said the tv would arrive july 31 or aug 1. When i emailed and told them it didn't arrive, they put 'under investigation' on my order. Glad amazon refunded my money
