I wanted to let other people know how i finally managed to get my money back,I called the number that was hidden amongst the despatch notice and threatened with legal action against false advertising as they did not mention anything on the site about signing to any subscription,I then threatened with full media exposure and pointed out that I had already written emails to several media outlets which was interested,channel 4 have their legal team looking into it as i write this as they used them with a link illegally,i then got the fraud department through my bank involved,within 24 hours had my money refunded in full. I hope this helps at least 1 person i the situation i was
