My husband thought he would surprise me with the "free" oil, which he did. 3 weeks later another bottle arrived with no delivery note/invoice or any other contact details. Within 3 weeks another bottle has now arrived and the price has risen considerably to £90/bottle

I also ordred the Essence of argan and Idoteraphy Wrinkel 30 ml evaluation samples but did not received them!!!
In the meantime,after 2 weeks, they charged me for other $83.80! The first sample (that I ordred for 3.90$) arrived after 1 week.
I also tried to call (the number I found on their site), but no body answers. I wanted to cancel the order and to have my money back.
After charging me for something that I didn't order ( I received the mail with the number of "Commandè n°1012431" and checked my card) I think I have the right to it !
Can somebody help me?
I would like to have my money back.
