Joseph Von Jalen sent a letter to me saying that i was finally going to see a large win in a lottery in my state, that i was to be the only winner on the ticket he was to provide the numbers for. He stated that there would be no charges what-so -ever at any time and to I was an emotional wreck, and could not even make it to my fathers funeral because of the fire having just happened prior to his death, and no way for me to leave and make it there with my neck injury.I had never received a letter such as this one before,and decided to answer it, as i was not in any state of mind at the time to really think it through. I even thought it was my dead father trying to help me through this man i was so devestated! He then sent a letter sounding so sweet and named saraya as a woman who had help him with getting my winning numbers, and that she was the best in the world for the ability to do this. Then he asked that she be paid the 24.00, because he paid "her" the money from his own pocket. I paid the money, and received another letter stating that the numbers can not appear on the paper he sent to me that had silver over them covering the date in which to play, with the winning numbers inside, and not to open it until the silver swipe disappeard. The other letter stated that i would have to order a picture of sansakrit in order for those numbers to show up, and to prevent greed after winning such a huge amount of money. I was then sent a stupid drawing that my own 8 year old daugter could come up with herself perfectly it was so stupid and cheaply done. I sent it directly back, and since then they continue to send me bills adding interest to them and now i have received another, and i have written 3 times proving that it was mailed back from the independence ky post office, and their letters state that i am not corresponding to them and am ignoring their requests! Im getting ready to write one last time. This invoice number is 065.010.sbv in the amount now of 34.00 instead of 19.00. but i explained to them that the picture was returned immediatly after seeing what i saw online about joseph.They claim they will hurt my credit if i do not pay. How can this be taken care of, and is there a way to sue this guy and have money returned to everyone who has suffered? Thank you for letting me vent this to you. Kristi
