The ugg boots that were promised 100% authentic are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. Too tight in the toes, but the heel slipped. I was able to contact somebody via email. They initially told me they do not do any returns if they sent the correct item. The fact that it is uncomfortable is irrelevant. They offered me a 5% discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience! Sure, why wouldn't I order from them again? When I told them that discount is insulting. They offered 10%. They also said that with any return, I am bonded to any charges they deem necessary during processing, and a $10 handling charge. So, I don't dare send them back. Besides the shipping back to China, can I afford their processing charges?
