I signed up for BidTwister as I was looking for another on-line auction as an alternative to eBay. Their webpage claimed membership was free. My credit card was charged $138.00 on Oct. 10th which I did not authorize. I couldn't remember my password to log on to my BidTwister account to contact their customer servicer department. I requested they reset my password. A message told me that a new password would be sent to my email account. It is 24 hours later and it hasn't been sent. I've tried to call the number listed for BidTwister on my credit card statement without success. I've been scammed out $138.00. A sum of money that is not insignificant to me as a retiree on a limited income.
