Hi,AFYCON PVT IS VERY POOR COMPANY IN TERMS OF EMPLOYS JOB PROSPECTIVE. THEY HIRE EMPLOY AND THEN FIRE WITH OUT ANY SPECIFIC K REASON.
THIS COMPANY START IN SEPTEMBER 2012 IN NOIDA AND TILL NOW THEY FIRE AT LEAST 15 EMP .ONE SENIOR PERSON HIRE FOR THE POST OF MANAGER AND THIS PERSON IS FIRE WITH IN 3 DAYS WITH OUT ANY REASION.
SO I AM REQUESTING TO ALL NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.
