Purchased an electronic drumkit via their webiste on the 15/7/13 for $2215. Have emailed them twice since then as it did not arrive in the time specified. They have not responded to any emails, phone number does not work??? Paid via bank transfer as requested on their website "online banking system or at a local branch - either payment method is 100% secure and helps in keeping our website prices as low as possible". HELP?!
