This place has been calling me for a while now, finally today I answered it. The guy had a very heavy Indian accent, couldn't understand him completely. However, I did get that I had to pay 3.87 for a government grant I'd been approved for. After telling him I had no card, he asked if I could borrow one from a friend or family member. It was funny to hear him almost begging for a card. Sad how some people have to make money. I told him no one was home, so he said he'd wait for me to get a card. How can I get a card when I don't have one at home? So I came to this spot, saw it was a scam and know that I will not be giving anything out if they call back.
